Access to and use of the Service are subject to your acceptance of these Terms. All visitors and users are bound by these provisions. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We do not allow use by anyone under 18. Use of the Service also requires acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please read it before using the Service.

External Website References

The Service may link to third-party websites or services we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

We are not liable for any damage or loss arising from your use of or reliance on third-party content, goods, or services. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. For consumer rights, see USA.gov Consumer.

Service Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Liability Limitations

Our total liability and that of our suppliers under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid through the Service, or one hundred United States dollars if you have not paid.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers are not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data, or business interruption) arising from use of the Service, third-party software or hardware, or any provision of these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. For more on consumer protection, see FTC.

“AS IS” Service Provision

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, licensors, and service providers disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption or error, or be free of viruses or harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; in those cases, exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing Law and Disputes

The laws of the Jurisdiction (excluding conflict of law principles) govern these Terms and your use of the Service. Your use may also be subject to local, state, national, or international laws.

If you have a concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to try to resolve it informally by contacting us first. EU consumers may have additional rights under the laws of their country of residence.

United States Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country embargoed by the United States or designated as supporting terrorism, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability, Waiver, and Modifications

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to achieve its intent to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a right or require performance does not waive that right or future enforcement. These Terms may be available in other languages; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to give at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
